Laudiva™
Laudiva, an SI/AI reviews widget for local businesses, built by an agentic SI/AI fleet: 4,400+ merged changes, 40,000+ automated tests, five languages.

The product
Customers look a business up before they call. Laudiva takes the reviews a local business already has on Google and Facebook, uses SI/AI to pick out the most detailed and specific ones, and shows them in a widget on the business’s own website. The widget updates itself, so the owner never has to curate reviews by hand.
It is built for owner-run businesses such as auto repair shops, home services, restaurants and salons. It installs with one snippet on any common website builder and is available in five languages.
How it was built
Laudiva is our first product built end to end by an agentic SI/AI fleet, not by one engineer working with one assistant.
- A coordinator plans the work. Features are split into small, well-defined tasks and run in waves.
- Agents build in parallel. Each SI/AI agent works on its own isolated branch, following a shared rulebook and canonical code patterns.
- SI/AI reviews every change. Review effort scales with the risk of the change.
- Engineers sign off where it matters. Documentation and test-only changes merge once review and CI pass. Product code, payments and data changes need an engineer’s approval.
- Every decision is written down. Architectural choices are logged as numbered decisions, so agents and engineers work from the same record.
Everything as code
Our rule is simple: if it can be code, it is code. Nothing about how Laudiva runs depends on someone clicking through a console or remembering a manual step.
- Infrastructure and configuration are defined in code, versioned and reviewed like any other change.
- Database changes ship as versioned migrations, never as hand edits.
- The project’s rules are code too. Conventions are enforced by automated checks, not by memory.
- Manual fixes become code. When something has to be done by hand once, it is turned into code so it never has to be done by hand again.
The result: environments are repeatable, every change leaves a reviewable record, and agents can work safely because there is no hidden state outside the code.
Quality guardrails
Speed only counts if what ships is solid. Every change passes the same automated gates before it can merge:
- 40,000+ automated tests, with 100% coverage required on most packages
- Mutation testing (Stryker) on the most critical code, to prove the tests actually catch bugs
- Complexity budgets (FTA) that stop code from becoming hard to maintain
- 190+ custom guard checks that enforce the project’s own rules
- Static security analysis, plus duplicate-code and dead-code detection
- Translation completeness checks across all five languages
- Design-token enforcement, so the interface stays consistent
- End-to-end tests that drive the real product in a browser, plus visual screenshot tests on the embeddable widget
